The ACO HexDrain system combines a lightweight polymer channel body with a durable black plastic grating to form a robust, easy-to-install linear drainage solution.
Manufactured from high-strength recycled polypropylene, the channel offers excellent resistance to weathering, thermal expansion, and corrosion. The honeycomb structure of the HexDrain body enhances rigidity while keeping weight low for practical handling on site.
Rated to A15 loading, the system is suitable for pedestrian areas, patios, gardens, and light-use driveways where only foot traffic or lightweight domestic vehicles occur. The black grating provides a discreet surface finish that blends cleanly with most paving materials.
Each 1m channel length features an interlocking end profile for fast connection and alignment, forming a continuous drainage run.
The design allows straightforward cutting and joining, and can be used with compatible ACO accessories including sump units, corner connectors, and end caps for complete system integration.
