The ACO HexDrain system combines a lightweight recycled polypropylene channel body with a robust galvanised steel grating to create a strong, corrosion-resistant linear drainage solution.
Manufactured from high-strength recycled plastic, the channel offers excellent resistance to impact, weathering, and chemical exposure. Its honeycomb structure provides rigidity and stability while keeping weight low for straightforward on-site handling and installation.
Rated to A15 loading, this galvanised steel grating variant is suitable for pedestrian areas, patios, and light-use domestic spaces where occasional lightweight traffic may occur. The metallic grating provides a durable, slip-resistant finish that complements concrete, stone, or block paving.
Each 1m channel section includes interlocking ends for fast, secure connection, forming a continuous run for surface water control.
The design allows simple cutting and joining and is compatible with ACO accessories including sump units, corner connectors, and end caps for a complete system configuration.
