Description
P5 Chipboard Flooring is the most popular flooring solution in the UK. It is a structural grade board that can be either screwed or nailed down to floor joists, and is suitable for a wide variety of applications, including kitchen and bathroom floors. It is particularly effective when combined with thermal or acoustic insulation, where its density enhances the insulation's properties.
Its tongue and groove (T&G) edges means it slots together easily with adjacent boards, providing a strong, durable flooring layer. It is moisture resistant and can withstand high levels of humidity. With a smooth surface, it can be veneered or decorated, but is most commonly installed beneath a finished floor covering. P5 Chipboard comes in 2400mm x 600mm (8' x 2') sheets, making it easy to cut and install.
