EcoTherm Eco-Cavity Wall Insulation Board is a partial fill cavity wall insulation solution designed for brick and block masonry walls. With a thermal conductivity of just 0.022 W/mK, it brings the massive thermal benefit of PIR insulation as well as aluminium foil facings on either side that prevent radiated heat being passed through the air space. These EcoTherm cavity boards are specifically designed to work in conjunction with traditional wall tie spacing, and can be used both in new builds and extensions of existing properties. Like other UK manufactured PIR insulation, they carry BBA certification. Eco-Cavity boards are manufactured with a CFC/HCFC free blowing agent, making them environmentally friendly. The boards are sized at 1200mm x 450mm, and come in plastic wrapped packs with multiple boards in each.
