Birtley Supergalv Lintels are renowned for their superior corrosion protection. The lintel is hot-dip galvanized after fabrication, providing comprehensive coverage to all surfaces, edges, and welds. This process results in a minimum zinc coating thickness of 65um, which is significantly more than other lintels. The optional Ultragalv 2000 (U2k) corrosion protection system further enhances the lintels longevity by depositing a 150um thick zinc coating, offering up to 7 times more protection compared to other lintels.
