Kingspan Kooltherm K112 Framing Board is a top-of-the-range thermal insulation solution for timber and steel frame systems. With a core of fibre-free thermoset phenolic insulation, it outclasses all other insulation boards in terms of thermal performance, with a lambda value of just 0.019 W/mK across all thicknesses. Designed to be fitted between studwork, the Kooltherm K112 insulation boards are compatible with both timber and steel frame constructions in new build and refurbishment projects alike. They can also be used as a insulating sheathing. With composite foil facings on either side, these Kingspan K112 framing boards are impervious to air infiltration or the encroachment of water vapour.
